Hey there, I'm Penny.

There was a time when I was simply curious and quite honestly a skeptic when it came to the mind and hypnosis.

That all changed when I took a formal training led by another CRNA who was retired and ran a full time hypnosis practice with clients who would travel around the world to work with him.
